Man in court over assault
A MAN who was wanted by Humberside Police in connection with an alleged assault in Scunthorpe has been located.
Ovaise Khan, 23, went to Scunthorpe Police Station on Saturday evening to speak with officers in connection with the incident, which happened on Endcliffe Avenue on Friday, January 29.

He has been charged with a section 18 offence of wounding with intent and is due to appear at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court today.
A Humberside Police spokeswoman said the force wanted to thank the local community and neighbouring forces for helping to locate Khan.
Officers are still asking anyone who may have information about the incident to call 0845 60 60 222, quoting log number 375 29/01/2010.
