Man needs hospital treatment after Barton town centre assault
A man was assaulted in Barton town centre and required hospital treatment.
Police are appealing for information about the attack in the Market Place shortly before 9.30pm on Friday (Sept 21).

The 31-year-old victim was walking alone towards a public house when he was approached by a man who had just crossed the road and walked in between a number of parked vehicles.
The 31-year-old was then assaulted, suffering an injury to his right eye for which he received treatment at Hull Royal Infirmary.
