Once on the floor, he threw objects at the complainant's windscreen, causing it to crack, the prosecutor said.
Later that day, officers attended Lamming's house over another allegation.
He resisted arrested and after being taken to the floor, spat and kicked at the two officers, Ms Gibson said.
Ian Heywood, mitigating, said Lamming admitted all charges. He said Lamming was spitting out grass after being put on the floor, but admitted he did this in the direction of officers. Lamming was given a six-month community order. He was ordered to pay £60 compensation, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

“Whats even more laughable is he probably won't even pay his fines in full, opting to pay them at a couple of quid a week if that!!”

“£60 compensation, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge? Wow - that really showed him!! This country is a soft touch to criminals, people will continue to act disrespectfully because they know they can get away with it! Tougher punishments are needed!”
