Morley arrives at court
SCUNTHORPE MP Elliot Morley has arrived at City of Westminster Magistrates Court to face theft charges.
Mr Morley, 57, will answer two charges of false accounting relating to £30,428 of mortgage expenses claimed on his Winterton home between 2004 and 2007.

Mr Morley, carried his lunch in an M&S carrier bag when he arrived at the court at about 12.15pm.
The MP will be joined in court by Labour MPs David Chaytor and Jim Devine and Tory peer Lord Hanningfield.
All four have denied any wrongdoing but if found guilty they could face jail sentences of up to seven years.
The men will appear in court number one, the highest magistrate court in England and Wales, watched by reporters who began queueing to get a seat at 10am.
