"We tend to have around 150 machines in stock at one time," he said.
"We decided to sign up in the run-up to autumn as this is the time when we tend to sell fewer lawnmowers and move on to selling more blowers, hedge cutters, chainsaws and scarifiers (a thatch remover)."
Mr Greaves said the firm's prices were kept very low. He also said that small independent firms offered a higher level of service than people could expect from a larger firm.
"Everything we sell there is a back-up for and all our machines are ready for the customer to use, not just in a box," he said.
"If there are any problems with a machine then it comes straight back to us to service and not sent off somewhere else.
"You also get a much more personal service."
