From the M1
Leave the motorway at J41 and take the A650 signposted Morley/Bradford. At the traffic lights turn right onto A654 signposted Rothwell. Continue forward onto Thorpe Lane entering Leeds. Turn left onto Thorpe Lower Lane, at the traffic lights turn left onto the A61 signposted Lees. Take your first left onto Sharp Lane. At the roundabout take the first exit continue ahead until you come to another roundabout, take the 2nd exit continue until you reach the development which will be on your right hand side.
From Leeds City Centre
Follow signs for the Inner Ring Road A58(M) and A64(M). Proceed until you reach the M58(M)/A64 roundabout taking the first exit onto the A58 (signposted M621, M62 Halifax). At the next roundabout take the first exit continuing on the A58. Continue along this road until you reach the M621 roundabout taking the first exit to join the motorway. Exit the motorway at junction 7 taking the third exit at the roundabout towards Wakefield A61. Proceed along this road for approximately 2 miles, and then turn left onto Sharp Lane. Take your first left onto Sharp Lane. At the roundabout take the first exit continue ahead until you come to another roundabout, take the 2nd exit continue until you reach the development which will be on your right hand side.
