A presentation about the new channel was delivered to members of the Brigg Town Business Partnership by executive producer Lia Nici.
The new channel, based in Grimsby, will broadcast to the local public from the Belmont transmitter near Louth and could reach as far north as Driffield.
It aims to make and commission new and exciting programming that people will want to watch and with which they will wish to interact.
Grimsby and Brighton have been granted the first two local TV licences, created as part of a project championed by former culture secretary Jeremy Hunt.
