North Lincolnshire Homes staff spread Valentines love to dogs at Jerry Green Centre in Broughton
Valentine's themed shoe boxes have been delivered to Jerry Green's Dog Rescue in Broughton by staff at North Lincolnshire Homes.
Staff donated 13 treat filled boxes to help out the local centre as part of the national 'Love us, love our dogs' campaign run by the rescue centres across the UK.
Dog lovers are being encouraged to donate shoe boxes full of toys and treats for dogs living in their care.
Sarah Ford, marketing officer at NLH, who are coordinated the appeal, said: "It is great to see so many people getting involved in the campaign. It is a really different way to get involved in a good cause and feels so much more rewarding actually taking the time to put a shoe box together, rather than simply donating money.

Catherine Foster, Head of Fundraising at Jerry Green's, said: "Huge thanks to everyone at NLH for their very generous Valentine's shoe-boxes.
"We were very impressed with the number and quality, as I'm sure the dogs will be once they get their teeth into them.
"We were delighted by the support from staff at North Lincolnshire Homes, their donations of treats and toys will make a significant difference to the dogs in our care.
"With no Government or National Lottery funding, our charity only exists on the generosity of our supporters and we are delighted that our Valentine's Appeal has been such a resounding success"
