North Lincs motorists face new regulations on roadworthy vehicles
North Lincolnshire motorists could face their cars being scrapped under tough new EU regulations.
The regulations, which came into force yesterday (Wednesday, March 20), will now see previously roadworthy vehicles fail their MOTs or need expensive repairs.

The new regulations could prove to be cold comfort for some older vehicles in North Lincolnshire
An additional 15 items on the MOT check list will need to be passed before cars will be deemed legal to drive.

“We announced thias a year ago & at least 8 of the so called new technology, like tow bars & connectors are not new.
But there is more death from accidents in the home than from any cause on the roads & even more from NHS failure. So this is blatently not about road safety and saving lives and all about profiteering & money.”
