Offenders from South Ferriby, Scunthorpe and Winteringham sentenced
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Josh William Swaby , 19, of Hewde Lane, Winteringham, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was required to be electronically monitored for four months and was ordered to pay a surcharge of £60 and £85 costs.

Josh Richards , 23, of Wigeon Walk, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with an abatement notice. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.
Arran Glen Brumpton , 27, of Beaulah Villas, South Ferriby, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three points.

James Francis Taylor , 44, of Moors Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of failing to provide the Secretary of State with particulars relating to the transfer of a vehicle. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £90 costs.
