THE following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Robert John Duke, 50, of Potts Lane, Crowle, was found guilty of failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Daniel Paul Harry, 20, of Burghley Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without consent and the possession of a controlled Class B drug. He was required to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and the drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Shaun Laffey, 23, of Abbotts Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Barry Mark Skelton, 51, of High Street, Messingham, pleaded guilty to speeding and failing to provide details for change of address. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
