Offenders sentenced by Scunthorpe court
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Robert William North, 69, of Barnes Crescent, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £375, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Stuart Shadlock, 21, of Redbourn Way, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to participate in IDAP for 43 days in the next 18 months, attend appointments with the probation service for 18 months, carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months, comply with a restraining order for 12 months and was ordered to pay costs of £85.
Jonathan Luke Birchall, 24, of Healey Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Neil Raymond Dalton, 59, of Tamar Walk, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was required to participate in the Driver Awareness Programme for three days, carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and he was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 44 months.
Eve Jane Potter, 39, of Hempdyke Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath as required. She was required to participate in Specifically for Women for eight sessions, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 40 months.
