Police said later that a quantity of drugs and "other property" had been recovered and inquiries were continuing.
Sgt James Main, from the Scunthorpe South Neighbourhood Team, said neighbourhood officers assisted the pro-active team to execute a warrant this morning "following intelligence from a number of sources."
He said: "We have distributed information cards within the area to advise local residents this warrant has been executed.
"This is a good example where intelligence given to the police is acted upon and we would always encourage members of the public to contact us with any concerns or information. This can also be done anonymously through Crimestoppers."
Police say three men and a woman have been arrested and will be questioned later today.
