The annual Barton and District Ploughing Society ploughing tournament was held on Sunday (October 21) from 10am to 4pm, at Northwold Farm, Worlaby – between Brigg and Barton.

In addition to the ploughing classes there were static displays, clay pigeon shooting, trade stands and refreshments available.

Entrants and spectators came from far and wide.

Money was raised for the Candlelighters children's charity.
