UPDATED: Pedestrian seriously hurt, Scunthorpe driver uninjured after B1430 collision on Thealby Hill near Winterton
A pedestrian remains is in a serious condition in hospital following a road traffic collision near Winterton last night (Monday March 18).
Police are seeking information about the incident on the B1430 Thealby Hill which happened about 11pm.

A red Citroen C3 was in collision with a 42-year-old male pedestrian.
He was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary by ambulance and is being treated for a number of injuries.

Today his condition was described as serious.
The driver of the vehicle, a 28-year-old woman from Scunthorpe, was uninjured.
Francesca Marritt, town mayor of Winterton, said this afternoon: "My thoughts are with them and their family and I wish them well for a speedy recovery."
