ARE pot-holes driving you to frustration?

If so, have your say here and let other road-users know where they are.

The cold weather has caused damage to roads across North Lincolnshire and a series of new potholes have been created by the freezing weather.

Each year motorists complain about the number of pot-holes on roads and the damage they can cause to vehicles.

To let people know about pot-holes in your area, and to have your say on the matter, comment on this article.

“if the pot holes were filled properly to withstand even colder tempeatures than we have had then we wont have this problem next year and the years after that. id rather pay that little bit extra now to have it done properly than pay for potholes to filled every year and pay for my wheels to be repaired every years. common sense eh?”

“Fair enough, Del. Informed opinions i can accept. Just not senseless complaining and looking for someone to blame.”

“There nothing compared to the craters that inhabit Frodingham Road from the Sikh Temple to the Clansmen junction/Ferry Road. God help a driver in a Ford Ka or a similar small car or someone on a bike who falls in it..they'll be lost forever”

“Bongo >> I agree with you to some extent but local highways have been neglected for far too long and this was always going to happen sooner or later. Potholes do not just happen and many could be avoided with a better maintenance scheme. And, yes, I do have reasonable knowledge of Highway construction and design etc due to my job.”

“The best pot hole in the area must be the one on the roundabout at Ashby Road/Brumby Wood Lane/ Roland Road junction heading into town . Just after xmas the local authorty put a road cone on instead of repairing it but then I think someone pinched the road cone but left the pothole”

“Of course it is jayne berry. Definitely the councils fault that we've had all this unforseen weather and poholes haven't been visible. Despite the fact that people are commending the council on their speed and efficiency of getting these things done, i'm sure you're far more qualified on the subject of potholes and roadworks than the council's highways department. As Chris said, maybe people just need to stop moaning and get on with it. The council probably rely on members of the public reporting potholes and if no-ones been able to see them its really not anyones fault. Stop looking for someone to blame.”
