Problem drivers in Broughton and Brigg should be dealt with in the same way
WHAT a joke North Lincolnshire Council is.
It is threatening to give tickets to residents in Brigg who park on the grass verge outside their own house and yet when I complained about cars parking on the path in Broughton, making mothers with prams and wheelchair users go on the road risking life and limb to get by, I was told it is not up to them to do anything, it's up to the police.

The car owners have big drives but are just too lazy to put their car in.
How would they feel if it was their wife and baby or parent that gets hit by a car?
