Many of the finalists harbour ambitions to sing regularly in front of paying audiences, and this competition could prove a springboard for not only the winner, but many of the finalists and heat runners-up.
The finalists will be singing to a full house at Reeds Hotel, as all the tickets have sold out.
Compere for the evening will be Ian McLane, who is really loking forward to the final.
He said: "This is the first time I have compered the Pub Idol contest and it's been great.
"It's been standing room only at most of the venues, and the final at reeds Hotel will be no different – It's a complete sell-out.
"The contest has had a great following from the start.
" Some of the acts have been fantastic, and the line-up for the final is cracking."
The full line-up for the final is Sophie Dunbar, Sophia Kokkini, Michelle Wheelwright, Luke Palmer, Victoria Taylor, Ian Helps, Emma Watson, Laura Rose, Rachel Lewis, Kayleigh Hotchin, Tammy Hunter, Emma Jordan, Sam Wardle, Ralph Toppin and Julie Wynne.
Results and pictures from the final will appear in the Scunthorpe Telegraph on Wednesday.
