Public meeting visit to Scunthorpe today by Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Grove
The new Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner is visiting Scunthorpe today (Tuesday Nov 27).
Matthew Grove will be "introduced" at a meeting of North Lincolnshire Council, which is open to interested members of the public.

The meeting starts at 2pm in the council chamber at Scunthorpe Civic Centre, off Ashby Road.
Mr Grove won the mid-November election and is the first person to hold the newly created post.

He is overseeing the work of the chief constable and his force and is also responsible for setting the police budget.
Among speakers at this afternoon's council meeting will be the Mayor of North Lincolnshire, Councillor Ivan Glover (Broughton), and Chief Executive Simon Driver, who will deliver a report to elected members of the unitary authority.
