North Lincolnshire Council has teamed up with the Scunthorpe Telegraph to bring back this successful campaign, which aims to reward charity and not-for-profit groups with cash.
The council has invested £10,000 and the Telegraph has matched the amount with a further £10,000 to enable groups to benefit from a total of £20,000.

All they have to do to claim their share is fill in the registration form printed below and send it to us.
But readers must act quickly, as registration is done on a first come, first served basis, with the spaces expected to fill up quickly after the success of last year's campaign.
Once again readers will decide how much of the £20,000 cash pot is given to each group by collecting the coupons and choosing a club to vote for.
Every group, club and not-for-profit organisation to have successfully made the final 200 is guaranteed a payout, with the amount of cash they receive relying entirely on support from readers.
And the competition is even open to those groups that entered last year, regardless of how much they won.
Conrad Broughton, who runs the Scunthorpe Rock-It-Ball club, is keen to enter again after winning £205 in last year's campaign.
He said: "I didn't know much about it at the start last year, but after we entered and saw so many groups getting money, I realised how good it was.
"The money made a massive difference to us and allowed us to buy a lot more new equipment. Unexpected cash boosts like this are very useful to clubs like ours.
"We now have 13 students from John Leggott College signed up to Rock-It-Ball and the club is constantly growing. I will definitely be looking to enter again this year."
Jenny Holt, promotions co-ordinator at the Scunthorpe Telegraph, said: "The campaign operates on a first come, first served basis, so it is really important to get your registration forms sent in as early as possible.
"We also want groups to work as hard as they can to collect the voting coupons when they are printed, because we expect the competition for spaces in the final 200 to be very strong. It would be a shame for a group to make it into the final 200 and then fail to collect any coupons."
Liz Redfern, leader of North Lincolnshire Council, said: "I think it is really important that people pick up the paper and register for this campaign. Each community is different and we want to hear from all sorts of different groups to build on the success of last year."
