“im not saying that this bus driver is at fault but bus drivers should not run red lights not stop at crossing and put lives at risk just for the sake of been on time.”

“I'm not saying that bus drivers don't do anything wrong but they have pressure on them to run on time. if buses are running late we are the first to complain. Just think its unfair to jump to conclusions that the bus driver was to blame. The poor driver has to live with hitting someone. Just a warning we should all take the time to be more careful”

“The bus drivers have to try and get around as quickly as possible as most of the routes are too long especially with all the gas work going on .”

“Bus drivers are not always to blame for these type of accidents. Yes I have also been cut up by a bus on several occasions. I work on Oswald Road and have noticed daily the amount of people I see crossing the road not using any of the crossings and just trying to dodge traffic.

May this serve as a lesson and a warning to those people not following the green cross code or using the designated crossings!”

“Something like this has been a long time coming. The majority of bus drivers in this town believe they have right of way no matter what's going on around them. We've been cut up more time's than we care to mention by the ignorant bus drivers of Scunthorpe!

May this serve as a lesson and a warning, and be thankful it wasn't a more serious accident.”
