Run out at Olympic Stadium for North Lincs athlete
North Lincolnshire athlete Joshua Reid will get to try out the London Olympic Stadium ahead of some of the big stars.
The former St Bede's Catholic School, Ashby, and John Leggott College, Scunthorpe, student, who is now studying at the University of Hull, will be testing out the stadium in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) event. He will run in the 1500m.

Joshua Reid who is to take part in an event at the Olympic Stadium
Joshua, who can be seen training around the Brigg area and competes for Scunthorpe and District AC, will be competing in the event as part of the London Organising Committee's trials ahead of the big day.
The BUCS event sees about 2,000 athletes compete annually and previously has been held at Bedford International Athletics Stadium.

The atmosphere is expected to give a taste of the real event with about half of the 80,000 seats filled with spectators.
The test event starts on the evening of Friday, May 4 and will run throughout the May Bank Holiday, finishing on the afternoon of Monday, May 7.
