Scunthorpe and Barton offenders sentenced by court
THE following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Lee Stuart Gibb , 31, of Manby Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three points.

Grazina Jasinaviciene , 36, of Spalding Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined £73, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with four points.
Daniel John Mills , 22, of Butts Road, Barton-Upon- Humber, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. He was fined £330, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £500 and his licence was endorsed with six points.

Kevin Scottorn , 46, of Berkeley Street, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
Kelly Louise Brennan , 19, of Crosby Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assaulting police constables in the execution of their duties. She was required to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £40, a surcharge of £60 and £85 costs.
