Scunthorpe and Epworth offenders in court

THE following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Alistair North , 51, of Burnham Road, Epworth, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was required to participate in the Driver Awareness Programme for three sessions, have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months with the Community Alcohol Service, disqualified from holding a licence for 48 months and was ordered to pay a £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

John Simon Walker , 36, of Hallgarth Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class A drug. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Clint Clay , 20, of Melbury Walk, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class B drug. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and the drugs were destroyed.
