Former Scunthorpe Greens rugby player enjoys dream day at Twickers
The run in to the end of the rugby union season has been a memorable one for Mark Woollard, the former Scunthorpe stand off.
Mark, from Scawby, enjoyed a dream trip to the world-famous rugby ground Twickenham.
Mark, a keen player at a high level of the amateur game, was honoured with the Rugby Football Union Value The Volunteer Award and was the President's Guest in the RFU's most prestigious recognition scheme.
Each year the incumbent President extends an invitation to one volunteer from each Constituent Body in the game to attend a Six Nations match at Twickenham.
