Castrol partnered the League Managers Association this week to host the first annual European Managers & Coaches Forum.
The event, held at the recently opened St George's Park, the new home of football in England, was hosted by Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United.
It featured managers from across Europe as they came together to discuss key topics such as financial fair play, simulation, dissent and a look at the future technical aspect of the game.
Lined up next to the ex-Iron boss on the front row of the official picture were Brendan Rodgers, Fabio Capello, Sir Alex Ferguson, Howard Wilkinson, Roy Hodgson, Giovanni Trapattoni, Michael Laudrup and Steve McClaren.
