“Apparently it's 20% of any profit, in which case it'd be c£900k (which arguably means we get the transfer fee a little closer to what we should have got to start with in comparison other Championship strikers moving to the top-flight like Jay Rodriguez).
Doubt it'll happen to be honest, I'm not sure £7m or Norwich is going to be big enough. I was sure Newcastle or Sunderland (or perhaps Villa) would be sniffing to supplement their respective lightweight attacks. Gary Hooper is a much better player than Danny Graham for a start.”

“For testimony of Adkins ability as a coach, look no further than this article about a certain striker now plying his trade in Scotland who's career lest we forget was slowly dwindling away to nothing in the Southend reserves.

Also another reason for why we need Lee Turnbull back.......”

“Southampton should be ashamed of their sacking of nigel atkins.
You helped us get so far and are in a predicament ourselves I think we should have the master back where he is appreciated and at this point in time needed we love you atkins x”
