Scunthorpe Utd: Barcham admits Iron can't afford to dwell on defeat
Goalscorer Andy Barcham admits Scunthorpe United need to pick themselves up quickly following Saturday's 3-2 home defeat to Leyton Orient.
With spirits low following a disappointing performance, the Iron winger stressed there is no time to dwell on the result as a trip to Brentford approaches on the horizon.

Andy Barcham scores against Leyton Orient, but his two goals could not prevent a 3-2 defeat for Scunthorpe United
"We know the performance we put in wasn't up to scratch," said Barcham.
"And the way we lost, especially at home, was disappointing. I think it's only right that everyone is disappointed.
"We'll come in this week and I'm sure the gaffer will try to get us up because if you continue to be low it is going to affect performances.
"It is very difficult to try to pick yourself up after you've performed badly, but it's the business we're in.
"We have to do that if we want to get the result on Saturday."
Barcham put the hosts in front in the first half at Glanford Park, only for the O's to reply with three goals of their own after the interval.
And although the former Orient man grabbed his second with 20 minutes left to play, Scunthorpe were unable to fashion another breakthrough.
"It's no good scoring goals if the result doesn't come," said the 24-year-old.
"We all wanted to build on the results we'd had in the last couple of weeks and that didn't happen on Saturday.
"Performance wise it wasn't there either, which is even more disappointing.
"From my thinking, I think we were fortunate to take the lead.
"We started off slow and didn't really get going. We only really got going when it was made really difficult for us and they put three goals in. That was probably the only time we really lifted it, and that shouldn't be the case, especially at home.
"I think we were fortunate to go 1-0 up, but because we had done that we should have taken advantage of that.
"But we came out in the second half and started as we did the first and they punished us."

“You need to go and tell the players that you and AK's other signings joined to pull their fingers out. we were let down entirely by the dross left by the previous regime and AK's only poor signing (thank God he is only on loan).
See we have a French defender on trial which tells a thousand stories and hopefully Cliff will be back in the centre for the Brentford game and put Nelson out to grass.”
