Scunthorpe Utd: Brass backing Iron front men to start scoring regularly
Assistant manager Chris Brass is backing the Iron's under-fire front men to get back among the goals.
But he admits a lack of confidence is affecting his side's bid to develop some much-needed consistency.

Saturday's goalless draw at AFC Wimbledon was the fourth time in six games Scunthorpe United have failed to find the back of the net.
More worrying is the fact they failed to create what Brass described as a 'clear-cut chance' in south west London.
But the Iron assistant boss is adamant the likes of Bobby Grant, Chris Dagnall and Nicky Ajose will come good if they take the kind of form they produce on the training ground onto the pitch.
"It's all about that magic word 'confidence'," said the 36-year-old.
"However, that confidence has to come from within.
"We think they're good players because we see it every day in training. That's why sometimes we get frustrated because we know what they are capable of.
"Sometimes it's hard to stop the ball going in the back of the net. Occasionally someone has to take one in the face or make a goal-line clearance.
"Sometimes you have to work that bit harder or go that extra yard to score a goal.
"Sometimes it's not about quality, it's about that ugly little bit."
Although frustrated with the Iron's form, Brass is determined every one will knuckle down to put their problems right.
"We've got to keep on going, believing it will come and eventually these chances will be taken," he added.
"You've got to keep stepping forward because the second you step back you make it difficult for yourself."

“We have to try Robertson, if he is fit for the bench he should be fit to start.
If he is selected we get a new man up front and it sends a clear message to the other strikers in the squad that we have alternatives if they don't improve.
I trust Knill as a man who can make the right decisions and know that he will always put out the best team to do the job on the day.
I am a "glass half full" man and middle of the table in the old Div 3 is not the worst place to be at the moment - ask someone from Grimsby, Bradford, York or Mansfield.
Support the team- and the team includes the management and the directors”

“Well we as fans aren't!!! - more excuses from yet another source with hollow promises without any foundation.
It must be panic stations down at GP - no relief until we offload and replace and with "Miser the Axeman" at the helm not much chance of the obvious solution.”
