Scunthorpe Utd: Grant expects a more physical League One challenge
BOBBY Grant is all too aware that a change in environment for his side will lead to a different approach.
Scunthorpe United are currently building toward life in League One, following their demotion from the Championship.

TARGETS: Striker Bobby Grant.
The differences between the two divisions are notable, with the Iron striker expecting a much more physical challenge when hostilities get underway on August 6, meaning United will need to fight fire with fire.
"After going on loan to Rochdale last season, I know what to expect from League One," Grant told the Telegraph ahead of tonight's visit to Winterton Rangers.
"The Championship is a league which has got a lot of ability.
"League One has too, but it is going to be a lot more physical.
"So we will set our stall out in different ways to how we did against some of the top teams in the Championship.
"We don't really need to bulk up – we do weights three times a week anyway, you have got to. Being a footballer is about being an athlete.
"For me, the stronger you are, the better chance you have of holding off the defender and scoring goals."
Finding the net has been an elusive art-form for the former Accrington Stanley forward, who, despite scoring against Bottesford Town in Saturday's 7-0 win, has yet to find the net competitively in Iron colours.
But Grant is determined not to let that albatross bother him.
"It is always nice to get started with a goal – it doesn't matter who it is against," said Grant of his goal at Birch Park.
"But I don't put a lot of pressure on myself, I just set aims.
"My aim is to get 10 goals as quickly as possible, push on and help Scunthorpe to the next level.
"I will try to score as many goals as I can in pre-season and take that into the league.
"As a striker it is all about scoring goals and I am going to back myself to get them this season.
"If I carry on doing what I am doing, and working hard, I will get my chance to score my goals."
After a brief sample of Championship football, Grant is eager for more of the same in the near future.
"I have experience at that level and I want to get back there again," he added.
"With the new management team, I am sure we will."
