Scunthorpe Utd: Iron confirm loan move for Wolves full-back Reckord
Jamie Reckord has this morning completed his loan move to Scunthorpe United, the club have announced.
The 19-year-old Wolves left-back has joined the Iron for a month and becomes their fourth signing of the January transfer window.

Jamie Reckord (right) will join Scunthorpe United for a month on loan from Wolves.
Reckord, an England international at Under-16 and 17 level, is highly-rated by the Premier League club, but is behind George Elokobi and Stephen Ward in the pecking order at Molineux.
He mas made just one senior appearance for Wolves, in the Carling Cup in August, but played seven times for Northampton Town during a loan spell towards the end of last season.
Details of the Iron's interest in Reckord were revealed by the Scunthorpe Telegraph last week, days after manager Alan Knill bemoaned his side's continued defensive frailties after their 3-1 loss to Sheffield Wednesday.
He is unlikely to be the last defensive recruit either of the next 48 hours, with the decision to allow rookie Ashley Palmer to move to Southport on loan on Friday meaning Scunthorpe have just two available centre-backs - Paul Reid and Niall Canavan.

“To young to make a difference, you need about 57 point to stay in this league.
Happy days”

“Fourth signing, two more to go to redress the balance. Robbie Gibbons waiting on paperwork to be sorted (no doubt messed up) and then an 18 month deal.”
