Scunthorpe and Winterton offenders in court

THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Ben James Griffiths , 22, of Wesley Close, Winterton, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Thomas James Martin , 23, of Lodge Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £230, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £23, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Nicholas John Palmer , 42, of Kenilworth Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Adam Matthew Robinson , 18, of Trent Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with brake lights which were not in working order. He was fined £145, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
