Scunthorpe and Winterton offenders sentenced by court
THE following people have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
David Paul East, 25, of Ashby High Street, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of failing to provide information regarding the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £50 and his licence was endorsed with six points.

Stephen John Snow, 40, of Daisy Close, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of speeding. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three points.
David Hornsby, 28, of Conference Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention and failing to provide a specimen. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 16 months.

He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
