Scunthorpe and Winterton offenders sentenced by court
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Kyle Anthony Todd , 18, of Cottage Beck Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft and failing to attend the Chance to Change Programme. He was required to be under curfew for six months, have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction for 12 months, attend appointments with the probation service for 18 months and was fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £193.88, a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85.

Scunthorpe courthouse
Luke Stringer , 23, of Scott Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to fishing without a licence. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £127.
Richard Bee , 32, of Walkers Close, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50, a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jaimelee Finn , 19, of Porter Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft, the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. She was required to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction for six months, attend appointments with the probation service for six months and was ordered to pay compensation of £35 and costs of £85.
Stacey Sturman , 21, of Thealby Hill, Winterton, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class B drug. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and the drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
Leon Todd , 25, of Ripon Close, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft, criminal damage, failing to comply with a non-molestation order, a community order and failing to surrender to court bail. He was required to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction for six months, attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months and pay £85 costs.
Peter Hadley , 51, of Temple Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £265, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
