Scunthorpe driver banned from road for 12 months and fined £150
A SCUNTHORPE driver who never passed an extended driving test after being banned for drink-driving has been disqualified again.
Kevin Scott, 31, of Keddington Road, was caught driving at 36mph on Rowland Road, which has a 30mph limit, on July 5.

At North Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court he admitted speeding and also admitted driving with an expired provisional licence and failing to notify a change of address Scott, who represented himself, offered no mitigating comments for the offences.
He was given a 12-month disqualification for the speeding offence, fined £150 for failing to give information when changing address and ordered to pay costs of £60 and a £15 victim surcharge.
