Four Scunthorpe offenders dealt with by court

THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Richard John Hawksworth , 35, of Margaret Avenue, Keadby, pleaded guilty to assault and the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was required to attend appointments with the probation service for 12 months and carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months.

Jakub Janusz Danuta Sikora , 26, of Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to trespass and theft. He was required to carry out unpaid work for 50 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £20 and costs of £500.

Adam Daniel Clark , 21, of Station Road, Ulceby, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 16 months.
