Scunthorpe offenders sentenced by court
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Adam Kasprzak , 50, of Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. He was required to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay a surcharge of £60 and £85 costs.

Jonathon Vernon Heap , 26, of Bolsover Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, without third party insurance, driving a motorcycle while not wearing protective headgear, on unregistered vehicle on land not forming part of a road. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
Robert Sherriff , 20, of Mallard Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
