Scunthorpe offenders sentenced by court
Ignas Buivydas , 20, of Jackson Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was required to participate in Driver Awareness for three days, carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 24 months.
Dainius Savickas, 42, of Digby Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was required to undertake Education, Training and Employment for 60 days, attend appointments with the probation service for 24 months, carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Catherine Emma Hagan, 23, of Cornwall Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance. She was fined £165, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
John Markham, 37, of Friars Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
