Scunthorpe public meeting tonight on future of East Midlands Ambulance Service
People can attend a meeting in Scunthorpe tonight (Monday, Oct 15) and have their say on the future of the East Midlands Ambulance Service.
The meeting will be at the Berkeley Hotel from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Other forums are also being staged across the region.
Phil Milligan, East Midlands Ambulance Service Chief Executive, said: “The programme of consultation events is providing an opportunity to put our proposals to people in Lincolnshire, listen to their thoughts and ideas and use these to help shape the future of East Midlands Ambulance Service.

"The proposals are designed to make the ambulance service more efficient through the creation of 131 Community Ambulance Posts, stand-by points and state-of-the art purpose-built Hubs or ‘Super Stations’.
