THE following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Thomas Daniel Wilson , 24, of Old Brumby Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and the drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Claire Hopkins , 38, of Burdock Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving a motor vehicle. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Wayne Lee Stones , 37, of Davy Avenue, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for two years and was ordered to pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Liam Bradley Fish , 21, of Sunningdale Road, Ashby, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and driving while over the alcohol limit. He was fined £444, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months.

Johanna Belton , 45, of Bigby Green, Bigby, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle with insufficient tyre tread. She was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and her licence was endorsed with three points.
