Sky-high for Lorna
COURAGEOUS Caistor resident Lorna Cushnie dropped out of the skies for a cause close to her heart.
Lorna flew high to raise funds for Face2face, a project supported by the charity Scope, that helps families with disabled children.

freefall: Lorna Cushnie all kitted up and raring to go for her parachute jump at Hibaldstow Airfield.
Leaping out of the plane from three miles above Hibaldstow Airfield on a tandem parachute jump, Lorna wasn't visible from the ground until she appeared through the thick greying clouds after free-falling for more than a mile at 120mph.
She said: "It was such an exhilarating experience, I would definitely do it again."
Face2face regional manager Jacqui Wood said: "We are so thankful to adventurous people like Lorna, who generously consider how they can help organisations such as ours while fulfilling personal challenges.
"Face2face helps many families who experience stress and distress as a result of their child being diagnosed with a disability.
" The money Lorna raises will help to provide a special event, such as a Christmas party or outing for the children and their brothers and sisters."
Face2face provides training for parent volunteers who have a disabled child, so they can support other parents going through the difficulties they too have experienced.
A new training course is starting in September in Grimsby.
