Smoke without fire call-out to Broughton area
What was feared to be a fire in the hamlet of Wressle last night (Wednesday Feb 27) turned out to be excessive smoke from a chimney.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service attended an address in Brigg Road soon after 6pm and used a thermal image camera to confirm there was no blaze.
