AFTER snow caused postponement of the finals last week, the North Lincolnshire School Games Level 2 KS4 Girls' Basketball Finals were held at the St Lawrence Academy on Monday.
After qualifying events in November and December, a very competitive tournament saw St Bede's qualify to represent North Lincolnshire in the Humber Finals, which take place today (Thursday) in Hull.
St Bede's Academy beat South Axholme Academy, 12-2, and St Lawrence Academy, 11-8.
Top scorers during the finals night were Amy Atkinson (South Axholme) with 12 points and Natasha Pell (St Lawrence) with 10.
