Star of top TV stand-up shows coming to get us
An eccentric comedian who has appeared on some of the country's top TV stand-up shows is coming to Barton.

ECCENTRIC COMIC: Comedian Andrew Lawrence, who is bringing his tour to the Ropery Hall, Barton
Andrew, who has already established himself as one of the quirkiest stand-up comedians in the country, will be appearing at the Maltkiln Road venue on Friday, September 28, as part of his tour, which debuted at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe last month.
He has appeared on BBC One's Live at the Apollo and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, as well as Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week.

Twice nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and nominated as Best Headliner in the Chortle Awards in both 2010 and 2011, Andrew has enjoyed two sell-out nationwide tours to date, as well as gaining international acclaim with appearances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Just For Laughs in Montreal.
Last April, he joined Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week as a regular, while his self-written and performed radio show What To Do If You're Not Like Everybody Else enjoyed two highly praised series on BBC Radio 4.
