Stargazing LIVE in Barton still draws a crowd despite lack of stars
The return of BBC Stargazing LIVE to Barton upon Humber was dampened by think cloud spoiling any hopes of seeing stars.
Rain set in just before the event started at 6pm, and stayed throughout, accompanied by a cloudy sky that meant there were no stars out over Barton.

There was still lots on offer though, including activities for children, talks by local astronomer Paul Money and Mal Nicholson, and a Planetarium.
Local troupe the Earthbound Misfits also put on a show of fire juggling, while the Sun was recreated, complete with the Solar System's planets running down the side of The Ropewalk.

“Is the event on tonight as well? Due to the weather last night. I missed it unfortunately”
