Tata Steel works pay talks continue
Pay talks on behalf of 3,000 employees at the Tata Steel works in Scunthorpe are set to continue into a fourth month.
Union negotiators have made it clear they want a 3.9 per cent pay rise for 2012-13 in line with the rate of inflation.
That is above last year's final settlement of 3.5 per cent.
But Tata Steel bosses remain tight-lipped over what, if anything, has been offered.

A company spokesman said: "The annual review of pay and conditions effective from April 1 has commenced.
"Initial meetings have been held and the discussions are continuing. It would be inappropriate to comment further."
Sean Scorer, the chairman of the Scunthorpe works multi-union committee, said: "Due to diary commitments, it's unlikely there will be another meeting between the two sides until July."
