Taxi go slow begins
TAXI drivers have begun a two hour go slow through the centre of Scunthorpe.
Scores of drivers have so far joined the protest, expected to cause extensive delays on its route from the Queensway to the bus station.

Traffic is already backing up as the cabs begin their crawl through the town.
The drivers, who set off from North Lincolnshire Council's Pittwood House headquarters, are expected to number 120 by the time the protest reaches its peak.
The line of cars is snaking along Ashby Road, over Howden's Hill and down Oswald Road – cabbies are then expected to continue down Mary Street.
The action was organised as a protest over the council allowing drivers from out of town to operate within North Lincolnshire, taking trade away from local workers.
