Traffic lights needed in Bottesford 'before someone is killed'
Bottesford town councillors have raised concerns regarding traffic on a town road.
Councillor Glyn Williams brought the issue to attention at a meeting of the council as he was concerned about Scotter Road South following an accident at the junction of South Park Road.
He said: "We all know there is an increase of volume of normal traffic in the area.
"This junction is notorious for its exit capabilities and difficulty in judging the speed of oncoming traffic.

"The area is getting busier and it is becoming a deathtrap, as there has been a history of accidents on that stretch of road.
"I think a set of traffic lights should be installed before somebody is killed."
The council decided it would write a letter to organise a site meeting with North Lincolnshire councillors.
