TRAVEL agent Thomas Cook is planning to close its store in Hallgate.
The Cottingham shop employs six people.

Joanna Wild, managing director of the Thomas Cook Co-operative retail network, said: "Following careful consideration, we have announced that the Thomas Cook Cottingham store is proposed to close.
