Among the organisations collecting coupons is the Lincolnshire Martial Arts Centre on East Common Lane in Scunthorpe.
Kevin O'Loughlin, grand master at the martial arts club, said he entered the campaign for the chance to get some much-needed cash.
He said: "I entered the campaign because the cash would make a big difference for the club.
"I entered in the hope we could get some money to buy play equipment.
"We need new kick bags and body armour as our equipment is getting a bit old.
"We provide all the equipment, so all members need to do is bring themselves in their kit.
"The club has been running for four years now and is still as popular as ever.
"We have about 70 pupils and are always getting more.
"We have recently located to a new venue, which is brilliant.
"It provides us with our own space and I have spent a long time decorating and making it a nice environment for the members."
Lincolnshire Martial Arts members train every night from 5pm until 9pm.
Readers can now decide how much is given to each of the groups registered for the scheme by collecting the voting coupons printed in the Telegraph. Registration for more groups is now closed.
Coupons will be printed every Thursday until December 20. All coupons submitted must be accompanied with a coupon collection form – like the one printed on this page.
More forms are available to download on our website www.scunthorpetelegraphfyc. com
The closing date for submitting coupons is Wednesday, January 9, 2013.
